Well I guess this is more of a 6 1/2 month update, oh well :)
Emmett has so much personality. He likes to crawl everywhere. If you're carrying him and eating something you better be willing to share. He's still a perfect sleeper. He's always laughing. He can't ever keep it together during the sacrament meeting at church (Mr. Talkative) When he's awake he's busy busy busy, he never lays on his back and hangs out anymore. He gets mad when he notices me leaving. He knows what "no" means (doesn't stop him, but at least he knows haha). He's really good when we go out and about, which makes it fun to take him on errands. This has been one of his funnest months so far!
Sleep: Still sleeping great! He had a bottom tooth poke through, which hasn't been the funnest thing in the world but I won't complain. Naps suck, but the kid still sleeps 12 hours through the night. There were a million reason I decided to sleep train early with him but teething was actually one of the main reasons. I have him on a slight schedule now, 2 naps a day/3 shorter naps. It just depends on the day. But he mostly goes to bed around 6:30/7PM every night.
Eating: He eats everything. He drinks from a sip cups and regular cups and his bottle. Peas, squash, spinach, pears, apples, blueberries, sweet potatoes, carrots, turkey, chicken, bread, and pancakes are a few of his favorite things. I mean there really isn't anything he doesn't like. He did have an allergic reaction to peanut butter earlier this month so we won't be giving him that for a while. Other than that I pretty much feed him anything.
-He's always army crawling. He crawls a little on his hand and knees but is still working on it.
-Making it through 3 hours of church has officially become impossible, but we work though it.
-His hair is coming in longer and thicker. Hallelujah, when he was a new born we had to cut 2 huge knots from the back of his head so I'm happy to say they are finally filling in.
-He tries to pull himself up onto furniture and basically everything.
-WAY more interested in big people food rather than his own.
-His bottom left tooth have poked though.
-He says mama, dada, and baba
-He gives kisses <3
Growth: I'm still not totally sure on that. We finally got insurance all figured out so we will be getting him in soon for his 6 month appt. But he's in 12-18 month clothes. Also in size 4 diapers.
